Our communications practice is led by an executive who has managed communications through acquisitions , restructurings, and crisis situations at publicly traded companies and high-profile organizations. We've sat in rooms where decisions are made under pressure. 

Our defence practice is led by a former special intelligence operator who has conducted global operations and advised national defence organizations on capability development, threat assessment, and organizational performance. This operational background informs our approach to acquisition diligence and integration. 

 

We work directly with founders, CEOs, and boards. We don't scale teams or delegate to junior staff.  Every engagement is led by a principal with relevant experience.
